Yoshito Ishinami, born February 20, 1949, in Tochigi Prefecture, Japan, is a Japanese actor and voice actor. He graduated from the First Literature Department of Waseda University. During his fourth year at university, he was influenced by Tsuneyuki Fukuda and became a trainee at Gekidan Kumon, joining the troupe in 1974. Following a division of the troupe, he was a longtime member of Gekidan Subaru. In 2007, he began guest-starring in productions by the Shiki Theatre Company after passing an audition, and he officially transferred to the company in 2010. Since then, he has been active as a leading actor of the company, in addition to working as a voice actor for anime and dubbing.

He has voiced numerous roles across anime, foreign film dubbing, and video games. His anime voice credits include Jenkins the general in Full Metal Panic! (2002), Balterik in Scrapped Princess (2003), Iru in Turn A Gundam (1999), a guest in the special Hikaru no Go: New Year Special (2002), the Third Hokage's star shadow in Naruto (2006), a doctor in Eat-Man (1997), and Kuwano-sensei in Dear Boys (2003). His film dubbing work includes roles such as Richard Nelson in the Japanese dub of Poseidon (2006) and Vanocur in the Fighter. He also appears as Kayo's Father in the series Hoshizora no Violin. In video games, he voiced Rene Renault in Sakura Wars 3: Is Paris Burning? (2001) and Valery Stendhal in Sakura Wars Story: Mysterious Paris (2004).

Beyond animation and dubbing, Ishinami has extensive credits in stage musicals and dramas as a member of the Shiki Theatre Company. Notable stage performances include playing Maurice in Beauty and the Beast (2010), the Sultan in Aladdin (2015), and roles in productions of A Christmas Carol, The Tempest, and Death of a Salesman.
