Kirara Ōmori is a Japanese voice actress born on May 25, 2002, in Shiga Prefecture, Japan. She began her professional career after graduating from the Amusement Media General Academy in 2023, subsequently joining the agency Avex Pictures. She remained with Avex Pictures until March 31, 2026, when her contract expired and she departed from the agency.

Ōmori has become recognized for her work in animated features and television series within the idol and music genres. One of her early prominent roles was in the independent animated film Beyond the Trail, a 30-minute science fiction work produced by the online collective Studio DOT. In this film, she voiced the character Komet. Beyond the Trail had its world premiere at the Fantasia International Film Festival in Montreal, where it was nominated for the Satoshi Kon Award and won the Bronze Audience Award for Best Animated Short Film.

She is best known for her roles in the Himitsu no AiPri franchise, which is part of Takara Tomy Arts' long-running Pretty Series of rhythm arcade games and anime adaptations. She appears in the second season of the television anime, titled Himitsu no AiPri: Ring-hen, which aired from April 2025 to March 2026. In this season, she voices the character Otome Nanaura. Furthermore, she reprised this role for the franchise's feature film, Himitsu no AiPri: Mankai Buzzlume Live!, released in March 2026. The character Subaru's Mu, also mentioned in relation to this series, appears to be a separate character within the same franchise's cast. In the context of Himitsu no AiPri, she is a member of the in-universe musical unit Jumping Rocket. As part of this group, she contributed to the franchise's music, performing on the character song mini-album Verse in Song 02 in November 2025 and on the Music Collection album in April 2026.

Beyond her work in animation and music, Ōmori has performed in a digital comic for the series Aoyama Megumi no Junjou in 2024. She also hosted her own radio program, Ōmori Kirara no Tokimeki Rara!, which began streaming on Niconico Live in 2024. Her other voice work includes a role as Kumapin Mama in a skincare collaboration with the cosmetics company Kose.
