Hina Sakurai is a Japanese voice actress known for her work in multimedia franchise projects, particularly her role in the Love Live! series. She was born on September 17, 2000, in Japan.

Sakurai's background in performing arts began at a young age. She studied kids dance for six years during elementary school, which laid an early foundation for stage performance. Following this, she spent six years from her first year of middle school through her third year of high school working with the Kanazawa Teens Musical Company. To pursue a career in voice acting, she later graduated from Pro Fit, a training school for voice actors. Her professional hobbies, as listed by her agency, include singing, appreciating idols, and reading.

Sakurai is best known for her work as the voice of Ginko Momose within the Love Live! Hasu no Sora Jogakuin School Idol Club project. This role spans multiple media formats, including the Link! Like! Love Live! smartphone app, live concert events, and anime film and television productions. Her character is a member of the school idol club at the historic Hasunosora Girls' Academy in Kanazawa, Ishikawa Prefecture.

As part of this project, Sakurai has performed in numerous live concerts across Japan, including the 2nd Live Tour Blooming with ○○○ in 2024 and the 3rd Live Tour TRY TRI UNITY!!!, which included performances at the Yokohama Arena. She also participated in the 4th Live Dream Bloom, The Dream Believers tour in 2025 and is scheduled for the 5th Live Tour 4Pair Power Spread!!!! later the same year. Beyond her own project's concerts, she has appeared as a member of the Hasunosora Jogakuin School Idol Club at major anime music festivals, including Animelo Summer Live 2024 -Stargazer-.

The character Ginko Momose is featured in the upcoming film Eiga Love Live! Hasu no Sora Jogakuin School Idol Club: Bloom Garden Party, which is scheduled to premiere in Japanese theaters on May 8, 2026. Furthermore, a television anime adaptation of the project has been announced and is set to begin airing in January 2027, with Sakurai confirmed to reprise her role. Outside of the Love Live! franchise, she has also voiced the role of Mayu in the anime Shuumatsu no Harem and provided voice work for the video game Yakuza 4.
