Ren Holly Liu is an American voice actor known primarily for work in English-language dubs of Japanese anime and animated films. Liu graduated from the University of Southern California with a double Bachelor of Arts degree in dramatic arts and classical piano from the School of Dramatic Arts and the Thornton School of Music.

Liu provides the English voice for Inanna Zinger in the anime television series Moonrise. In the 2016 Japanese film Shin Godzilla, Liu voices the character Kayoco Anne Patterson, the special envoy for the president of the United States, in the NYAV Post English dub of the film. Liu also appears in the English dub cast of the 2025 Japanese animated fantasy film Dragon Heart: Adventures Beyond This World, providing the voice for the character Tomomi Sato.
