Fumiya Takahashi is a Japanese actor and voice actor who began his entertainment career after being a finalist in a beauty contest in 2017. Before entering the entertainment industry, he trained as a chef and earned a chef's license after graduating from high school. He made his television debut in 2019 in the live-action tokusatsu series Kamen Rider Zero-One, playing the lead role of Aruto Hiden. He continued to voice this character in several related projects, including the short anime series Kamen Rider Zero-One Short Anime Everyone's Daily Life and various films and video games such as Kamen Rider: Memory of Heroez.

Takahashi has taken on several significant voice acting roles in anime. He voices Jester Galandros in the anime film Black Clover: Sword of the Wizard King. He also voices the character Reito Naoi in the anime film The Camphorwood Custodian, an adaptation of Keigo Higashino's novel. In addition to voice work, Takahashi has been cast as the protagonist Yoichi Isagi in the live-action film adaptation of Blue Lock.

Takahashi has continued to build a career that spans both live-action and voice acting. He has recurring collaborations within the Kamen Rider franchise, reprising his role as Aruto Hiden across multiple films, specials, and video games following the conclusion of the television series. His other notable live-action roles include appearances in the drama Fermat no Ryori, Themis' Classroom, and the film Blue Period. He also stars in the 2025 live-action film Sakamoto Days as the character Asakura Shin. In addition to his on-screen and voice work, he serves as a regular personality on the radio program Fumiya Takahashi's All Night Nippon X.
