Rute Pimenta is a Portuguese actress and voice actress recognized for her extensive work in animation dubbing. She has contributed to numerous projects for Portuguese dubbing studios, including Somnorte and Cinemágica, lending her voice to a wide range of characters across animated films and television series.

In the realm of anime, Pimenta is known for several prominent roles. She voiced Meia Gisborn in the science fiction series Vandread, a role she reprised in Vandread: The Second Stage. Meia Gisborn is the stoic and skilled leader of the Dread pilot team aboard the pirate ship Nirvana. Pimenta also portrayed Nina Mercury in the series Lost Universe, known in Portuguese as O Universo Perdido.

Within the Pokémon franchise, Pimenta has voiced multiple characters across different series and films. She is the voice of the character Mars in Pokémon: The Arceus Chronicles. Additionally, she voiced the recurring character Enfermeira Joy, known in English as Nurse Joy, in both Pokémon XY and Pokémon XY&Z. Her other work in the Pokémon film series includes providing additional voices in Pokémon: The Rise of Darkrai and Pokémon: Giratina and the Sky Warrior, as well as voicing the legendary Pokemon Hoopa in Pokémon the Movie: Hoopa and the Ring of Magi.

Beyond her voice work for anime, Pimenta's dubbing career includes a wide variety of roles in animated features. She has voiced characters such as Cinderella in several Cinderella sequels, Chelsea in multiple Barbie films, Clawdeen Wolf in various Monster High movies, and Sadie Miller in the series Steven Universe. In addition to her work in dubbing, she has experience in theatre and cinema, having participated in productions such as Peregrinação – Expo 98 for Teatro O Bando and the film Até ao Teto do Mundo from 2006. She is also a drama teacher at USALMA – Universidade Sénior de Almada.
