Jesse Nowack is an American voice actor and writer known for work in English anime dubs and for extensive participation in abridged series, which are fan-made parodic re-edits of anime productions. Nowack began creating abridged content in 2008, serving as a writer, editor, and voice actor on projects such as Bobobo the Abridged Series. Over time, Nowack became recognized for contributing to numerous online parodies, voicing characters in over one hundred abridged productions.

Major voice roles in officially licensed English anime dubs include the character Mitsuru Sanke in the Media Blasters release of the romantic comedy series Ladies versus Butlers!. Nowack also voiced Izumi in the Sentai Filmworks English dub of Queen's Blade: Rebellion. In the science fiction comedy series FLCL: Shoegaze, which premiered on Adult Swim in 2023, Nowack provided the English voice for the protagonist Masaki Aofuji, a teenage boy who sees strange apparitions. A significant later role is Epel Felmier in the English dub of Disney Twisted-Wonderland The Animation: Episode of Heartslabyul, a series that began streaming on Disney+ and Hulu in October 2025. Epel Felmier is a student from the Pomefiore dormitory at the titular magical academy.

Nowack has a well-documented history of recurring collaborations within the online abridging community. Nowack was a founding member of the group Elite3 and has worked extensively with TeamFourStar, most notably as the voice of Officer Seras Victoria in the popular parody Hellsing Ultimate Abridged. Additional abridged series credits include voicing Misty and numerous other characters in Pokémon 'Bridged, Revy in Dark Swamp, Sasha in Attack on Titan Abridged, and Dark Magician Girl in LittleKuriboh's Yu-Gi-Oh! The Abridged Series. Beyond voice acting, Nowack has also worked as a writer and editor on several of these fan projects.
