Seirō Ogino is a Japanese voice actor born on October 10, 1971, in Tokyo, Japan. He is affiliated with the talent agency Ken Production. Before pursuing a career in voice acting, Ogino worked for seven years in the plant engineering field. Approaching the age of thirty, he decided to change careers and enrolled in the Tokyo Announce Academy to train as a voice actor, a decision he kept from his parents for three years. He is also a graduate of the fourth class of the voice actor training school School Duo.

Ogino's anime career includes a wide range of supporting and recurring roles. He voiced Tatsuya Himekawa in the series Beelzebub and its special Beelzebub: Hirotta Akachan wa Daimaō!?. He has been a regular presence in the Encouragement of Climb franchise, voicing Kenichi Kurakami, the father of one of the main characters, across multiple seasons including the second season, the third season, and the Gift of Memories special. Ogino also portrayed Kotaro Hyuga in the Yamaha Motor Company's web anime series Master of Torque, as well as its sequels Master of Torque 2 and Master of Torque 3, and the Master of Torque: Epilogue.

Other notable anime roles include the Taxi Driver in the Pokémon: Twilight Wings web series, the Chief in Yutori-chan, Bon's Father in T・P BON, Rukimedes I in Senyū. Dai 2 Ki, Gustave Huguenot in Seirei Gensouki - Spirit Chronicles, Cardinal and Apocryphos in D.Gray-man Hallow, and Shirō Mozuyama in Libra of Nil Admirari. His additional credits also include roles in long-running and popular series such as Attack on Titan, Fairy Tail, Haikyu!!, My Hero Academia, and The Irregular at Magic High School. Beyond anime, Ogino is active in video game voice work, with roles in major franchises including The Legend of Zelda, Final Fantasy, and Granblue Fantasy.
