Hiroyuki Endō is a Japanese voice actor and stage performer born on October 1, 1983, in Fukushima City, Fukushima Prefecture, Japan. He is affiliated with the talent agency EARLY WING and was previously associated with JTB Entertainment. Endō originally aspired to become a manga artist, but after moving to Tokyo, he was influenced by a friend's passion for voice acting and decided to pursue that career path instead. He stands 177 cm tall and has blood type O.

Endō began his career in animation in the late 2000s, with his first television roles appearing in 2008. His early work includes the character Louie, also known as Rui, in both the 2009 television series Sora o Miageru Shōjo no Hitomi ni Utsuru Sekai and its theatrical adaptation. Over the years, he has built an extensive portfolio, taking on a wide range of supporting roles across numerous anime series.
