Hanaka Ogawa is a Japanese voice actor affiliated with the talent agency 81 Produce. She was born on December 28 in Hokkaido, where she speaks the local Hokkaido dialect. Her hobbies and special skills include karaoke, watching movies and anime, listening to music, and shredding cabbage.

Ogawa launched her career by passing the SUN AUDITION, a joint voice actor and artist discovery audition held by 81 Produce and Universal Music Japan. Following this success, she became a member of IBERIs&, an eight-member voice actor unit that focuses on acting, singing, and dancing.

Her first major voice role and first lead role came with the anime series Onegai AiPri, the latest installment in the popular Pretty Series multimedia franchise. She voices Inori Konomi, one of the two protagonists who forms a team to grant wishes through idol performances. The anime premiered on TV Tokyo on April 5, 2026. At the official content launch event for the series, Ogawa appeared on stage alongside her co-star Rika Kanaya, who voices the other lead character, Aoi Yumemiya. During the event, Ogawa shared that she and Kanaya are from the same agency and learned of their casting at the same time, leading them to hug and cry together out of happiness. She also noted that while she was aware of the popularity of previous entries in the Pretty Series, she wanted to keep improving together with her co-star.

In addition to her work on Onegai AiPri, Ogawa has a voice role as pan-Nya in the anime series Nyanchuuzu.
