Jacob Bertrand is an American actor and voice actor born on March 6, 2000 in Los Angeles, California, who has been active in the entertainment industry since 2007. While he is widely recognized for his live-action role as Eli "Hawk" Moskowitz in the series Cobra Kai, he has also built a career as a voice actor in animation, including several notable roles in English dubs of anime series.

Bertrand began his voice acting career at a young age, with some of his earliest work including voice roles in animated projects such as Rise of the Guardians in 2012 and Tom and Jerry's Giant Adventure in 2013. He also provided the speaking voice for the character Gil in the children's animated series Bubble Guppies.

More recently, Bertrand has taken on significant roles in anime productions distributed by Netflix. In the stop-motion animated series Pokémon Concierge, which first premiered in December 2023, he voices the character Kent.
