Description
Kiff VandenHeuvel is an American actor and voice artist who has worked extensively in voiceover since 1996, particularly in the field of anime dubbing and ADR. He is an alumnus of The Second City comedy theatre in Chicago, where he also directed the National Touring Company, and has been teaching improvisation, acting, and voiceover for over twenty-five years. In addition to his voice work, he has appeared on-camera in series such as Parks and Recreation, NCIS, Bosch Legacy, This Is Us, and Young Rock, as well as films including La La Land and Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. Within the anime voice acting community, he is recognized for a range of roles across film and television. He provides the voice of President Alexander in the science fiction series Pluto, and portrays the character Lizard, a former police detective turned narcotics investigator, in the Netflix series Tokyo Override. In the historical drama The Rose of Versailles, he voices King Louis XV in the English dub of the 2025 film adaptation. For the 2024 Netflix animated film My Oni Girl, he voices two distinct roles: Mikio Yatsuse, who is the father of the character Hiiragi, as well as the character Satoshi. His work also extends to the Cat's Eye franchise, where he performs the roles of both Chief and Sota Shirai. Before his work in anime, he built a reputation in the video game industry, most notably as the voice of Zachary Hale Comstock in BioShock Infinite, as well as roles in The Walking Dead video game series, Disney Infinity, and The Evil Within. His career also includes performing park voices for Disneyland and Universal Studios, and he continues to work as a voice match artist, particularly known for matching the voice of Han Solo in Star Wars: Forces of Destiny.
