Eizō Tsuda
Description
Eizō Tsuda is a Japanese voice actor born on March 17 in Saitama Prefecture, Japan. His career in the anime industry includes a range of supporting and character roles across numerous television series and films.
Among his most recognized performances is the role of Dr. Tenma in the science fiction mystery series Pluto, a reimagining of the classic Astro Boy storyline. In the action-fantasy series Fairy Gone, Tsuda voiced Ray Dawn, a Duke and one of the legendary "Seven Knights" from the Unification War whose past actions are central to the story's conflict. He also portrayed Zeon Zum Deikun, the influential political leader and father of Char Aznable, in Mobile Suit Gundam: The Origin and Mobile Suit Gundam: The Origin: Advent of the Red Comet.
Tsuda's other notable anime roles include Hyōei Isurugi, the grandfather and strict ninja trainer of the protagonist in the film Black Fox; Flange in the science fiction series Gargantia on the Verdurous Planet; and Hiashi Hyuga, a prominent character in the long-running Naruto franchise. His film work also includes a role in the anime movie Phoenix. On television, he has played Karabo Frampton in Lord El-Melloi II's Case Files: Rail Zeppelin Grace note, Frank Heinemann in Muv-Luv Alternative: Total Eclipse, and Kouyou Touya in Hikaru no Go.
