José Antonio Macías, known professionally as Pepe Toño Macías, is a Mexican actor, dubbing director, and voice-over artist recognized for extensive work in the Latin American Spanish dubbing industry. He began his professional career in voice dubbing in 1989 after studying acting through courses at the Faculty of Philosophy and Letters at the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM). Before fully committing to voice work, he completed a law degree at UNAM, a path he ultimately left to pursue his passion for performance.

Macías is best known for his longstanding role as the voice of James, a member of Team Rocket, in the Latin American Spanish dub of the Pokémon anime series. He has voiced the character across numerous seasons, from the original series through later installments including Pokémon Journeys, as well as in various Pokémon feature films such as Pokémon: The First Movie and Pokémon: Mewtwo Strikes Back. He also provided the voice for Detective Pikachu in the Latin American Spanish dub of the 2019 film Pokémon: Detective Pikachu and has served as the narrator for the Pokémon Horizons series.

Beyond the Pokémon franchise, his anime voice credits include Iruka Umino in Naruto and Naruto Shippūden, Mousse in Ranma ½, Esidisi in JoJos Bizarre Adventure, Tetsuya Watarigani in Beyblade: Metal Fusion, and Dashan Wang in Beyblade: Metal Masters. In the Latin American Spanish dub of The Super Mario Bros. Movie, he voiced Uncle Arthur. His other notable voice roles in animation include Edd (Double D) in Ed, Edd n Eddy, Mort and Private in the Madagascar franchise, Emmet Brickowski in The Lego Movie, Wilt in Fosters Home for Imaginary Friends, and the character Dr. Flug in the Spanish dub of Villainous. He is also the recurring Latin American Spanish voice for actors including Leonardo DiCaprio, Chris Evans, Ryan Reynolds, Matt Damon, and Zach Galifianakis, providing dubbing for characters such as Deadpool, Captain America, the Joker in various DC projects, and Legolas in The Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit film trilogies.

In addition to performing, Macías has worked as a dubbing director, notably overseeing the Latin American Spanish dubs for many Marvel film productions. He has received industry recognition, including an Auris Award for Best Comedy Actor for his work on the film Deadpool.
