Misa Ishii is a Japanese voice actress born on January 28, 1991, in Toda City, Saitama Prefecture. She is affiliated with the agency 81 Produce, which she joined in 2014, and is also a member of the drama group First Love Project, with which she performs on stage. Ishii graduated from the voice acting department of Tokyo Animation College in March 2011.

Ishii has built a career with a wide range of supporting roles in anime, video games, and foreign drama dubbing. In anime, she is known for her versatility, often voicing characters such as mothers, teachers, and children. Her notable anime television roles include Ailan in The Apothecary Diaries, Solvy Sveen in Deep Insanity: The Lost Child, Miyoshi Ochiai in Shinkalion Change the World, and Thunderbeak in Transformers: Wild King.
