Mai Shiraishi is a Japanese actress and former idol who has expanded her career into voice acting for anime and animated films. She was born on August 20, 1992.

Shiraishi made her debut as a voice actor with a prominent role in a major film franchise. Her first voice acting project was in the 2022 film Case Closed: The Bride of Halloween, the twenty-fifth movie in the long-running Detective Conan series. In this film, she voiced the character Yelenika Lavrentyeva, the female leader of a Russian unit. For this role, she reportedly learned Russian from a native teacher to accurately portray the character. Shiraishi has expressed that she has been a big fan of the Detective Conan series since elementary school, making her casting a dream come true.

In 2023, she took on another significant voice role in the dystopian comedy horror series Zom 100: Bucket List of the Dead. In the live-action film adaptation of the manga, Shiraishi played the heroine Shizuka Mikazuki, a young nurse who meets the protagonist during a supply run. Her performance in this film placed her alongside actors Eiji Akaso and Shuntarō Yanagi. She also provided a voice cameo for the television anime adaptation of the same series as a refugee guest in one episode.
