Yuji Murai is a Japanese voice actor affiliated with the talent agency Stay Luck. He is a native of Akita Prefecture. His entertainment career began in 2013 as a participant in the theater troupe WAHAHA Honpo before he joined the Stay Luck training workshop in 2015, becoming an official agency member in 2016.

Murai has built a career characterized by extensive voice work in anime television series, video games, and film dubbing. In anime, he is known for a wide range of supporting and guest roles in major productions, with credits in long-running and popular series such as Jujutsu Kaisen, My Hero Academia, SPY x FAMILY, Frieren: Beyond Journey's End, and The Ancient Magus' Bride. Specific notable roles include Yuji Aoi in the series Senpai is an Otokonoko and its film adaptation Senpai is an Otokonoko Movie: Sunshine After the Rain, a recurring role as Kentarō Habara in Boogiepop and Others, Woody Baila in Tsukimichi -Moonlit Fantasy-, and Scharf in Frieren: Beyond Journey's End. He also voiced the character Agano Tsugawa, a researcher who develops new technology for the Shinkalion line, in the series Shinkalion Change the World. Additionally, he has contributed voice work to the film Suzume and Shin Kamen Rider.
