Mitsutoshi Ishigami was a Japanese film actor, producer, screenwriter, and voice actor. Born on January 3, 1939, in Setagaya, Tokyo, Japan, he was also known professionally under the names Akira Imamura and 今村昭. He passed away on November 6, 2012, at the age of 73.

While his career primarily spanned live-action film production and performance, Ishigami undertook several notable voice acting roles. He voiced the character Grump in the 1987 animated film Twilight of the Cockroaches. He also served as the Narrator for the 1986 drama His Motorbike, Her Island. Additionally, he appeared as the character Host of Salon Uonome in the 1985 musical comedy The Legend of the Stardust Brothers.

Ishigami is known to anime audiences for his role in the live-action adaptation of Osamu Tezuka's Black Jack. In the 1977 film Black Jack: The Visitor in the Eye, he played the character Dr. Mitsutoshi Ishigami, a role that shares his own name. The film follows the titular maverick surgeon as he restores the sight of a young tennis player, after which she begins seeing a mysterious figure only she can perceive.

Beyond his acting credits, Ishigami contributed to the film industry in several production roles. He worked as an adaptation writer for the 1987 science fiction film Drifting Classroom. He also took on production duties for The Visitor in the Eye, serving as a production supervisor and operations manager.
