Moriya Endō is a Japanese voice actor and narrator born on June 1 in Tokyo. He is a graduate of the Bungakuza Fuzoku Engeki Kenkyūjo. Early in his career, he was affiliated with the talent management firm Aoni Production, but later worked as a freelancer. Beyond his performance work, he has also served as a part-time lecturer in the voice actor department at Josai International University since 2012.

Endō began his voice acting career in the 1990s, with one of his earliest roles being Akane Maki in the 1997 original video animation Shin Shōnan Bakusōzoku Arakure Knight. He is known for a calm yet dignified voice, often taking on supporting and character roles across anime, video games, and tokusatsu productions.

His most prominent and long-running role is providing the Japanese voice of Liu Bei in the Dynasty Warriors (Shin Sangokumusou) video game series, a character he has portrayed across numerous installments and spin-offs since the early 2000s. In the same series, he has also voiced the characters Zhang Liang and Liu Shan. In the long-running anime One Piece, he voices the character Cabaji (also known as Kabaji), a role he has played in the television series, the 2019 film One Piece: Stampede, and the 2014 special One Piece 3D2Y. He is also the voice of Android 13 in various Dragon Ball video games, such as the Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi series, taking over the role from the late Kazuyuki Sogabe.

His other notable voice roles include Isaac in Castlevania: Curse of Darkness, Mercurius Lichtler in Tales of Destiny, Janis Kahn in Tales of the World: Radiant Mythology 2, and Teo Schwarzer in The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel. In the tokusatsu genre, he has provided voices for several characters in the Ultraman franchise, including the monster Suna Oni in Ultraman Tiga, an alien in Ultraman Dyna, and Gighi in Ultraman Cosmos. He appears in radio dramas, stage productions, and provides Japanese voice-overs for foreign films and series, such as the children's show Thomas & Friends. Endō's career is characterized by extensive work in video games and narration, and he has collaborated frequently with the game developer Koei Tecmo on the Warriors series.
