Kyle Derek is a Toronto, Ontario, Canada-based voice actor, performer, and creative artist with approximately two decades of experience in voice work. He is known as an award-winning voiceover artist whose career encompasses animation, video games, and commercial campaigns. One of his most prominent and defining roles is providing the voice of Drago, also known as Dragonoid, in the Netflix animated series Bakugan. He has performed this character in different iterations of the franchise, including Bakugan 3.1 and Bakugan Brawlers IV. His other significant voice roles in animation include George Washington and the Vice President on the Emmy Award-winning animated series Peg + Cat, Yoshio in the Beyblade franchise, and additional roles such as Metazor on Skatoony. In the realm of feature films, he voiced Laurence Fishbowl in the animated feature Gracie & Pedro, the character Fred in the film Night of the Zoopocalypse, and the Scotiabank popcorn astronaut seen in Cineplex Theatres commercials.
