Michael V., whose real name is Beethoven del Valle Bunagan and who is also known as Bitoy, is a Filipino actor, comedian, recording artist, and voice artist. He has been a prominent figure in the Philippine entertainment industry since 1991, contributing extensively to television comedy through the long-running GMA Network program Bubble Gang and the family sitcom Pepito Manaloto.

Michael V. has established a significant body of work as a voice artist in Philippine television and film. One of his major voice roles was providing the voice of Fulgoso, the pet dog of the title character in the Philippine adaptation of the Mexican telenovela MariMar, which aired from 2007 to 2008. He also lent his voice to the character Kukut in the 2008 Filipino animated feature film Urduja, and voiced Narsi in the 2008 animated film The Wanderer.

In 2023, Michael V. achieved a notable role as the voice of Octo-1 in the Filipino live-action adaptation of the classic Japanese anime series Voltes V: Legacy. Octo-1 is a small, flying red octopus robot created by the child genius character Little Jon Armstrong. Michael V., a self-confessed huge fan of the original 1970s Voltes V anime, described taking on this voice acting role as an "achievement unlocked" on his social media. The series was a major production for GMA Network and gained significant viewership both locally and globally.
