Misato Matsuoka is a Japanese voice actress and singer affiliated with the agency I'm Enterprise. She was born in Hyogo Prefecture, Japan, and after graduating from the Japan Narration Acting Institute, she joined I'm Enterprise in 2017. Matsuoka made her debut as a voice actress in 2020 and quickly gained recognition for her work in several prominent anime series.

Her first major role, and her debut television anime role, came in 2020 when she was cast as Tsubame Mizusaki in the critically acclaimed series Keep Your Hands Off Eizouken!. This opportunity marked the beginning of her professional career. The following year, she expanded into film, voicing the character Mihesher Hence in the 2021 animated film Mobile Suit Gundam: Hathaway.

In 2022, Matsuoka's career continued to build with several notable supporting roles. She voiced the energetic Kyo Nekozaki in the romantic comedy Shikimori's Not Just a Cutie, and she played Jerietta, a member of the Four Heavenly Kings, in the fantasy comedy I'm Quitting Heroing. This period also saw her join the vast cast of the massively popular multimedia franchise Uma Musume Pretty Derby, where she voices the character Tanimo Gimlet.

The year 2023 was particularly active for Matsuoka, with roles in a wide variety of series. She appeared as Tsubaki in the action-comedy Rokudō no Onna-tachi, as Anzu in the sci-fi mystery Heavenly Delusion, and as Myne in the fantasy anime Berserk of Gluttony, for which she also performed theme music. She also voiced Uta Kirishima in Yuzuki-san Chi no Yon Kyōdai and Shuya Shinazugawa in the third season of Demon Slayer. In 2025, she took on the role of Rei Reirei Konoe in the a cappella-themed anime Utagoe wa Mille-Feuille.

Beyond her voice acting, Matsuoka is also an accomplished singer. In March 2023, she formed the rock vocal unit EverdreaM with fellow voice actress and singer Hitomi Sekine. The duo has been heavily involved in performing theme music for anime series in which Matsuoka also stars. They performed the opening theme Endless Labyrinth for Rokudō no Onna-tachi, as well as the opening theme Jekyll & Hyde and the ending theme Ao no Genseki for Berserk of Gluttony.
