Inga Sibylle Kuhne, also known as Sibylle Kuhne, is a German actress and voice actress born on November 2, 1948 in Delitzsch, Germany. She trained at the Theaterhochschule Hans Otto in Leipzig and performed on stage at venues including the Städtischen Bühnen Leipzig and the Volkstheater Rostock before leaving East Germany in 1984. Her voice acting career has encompassed numerous German dubbing roles for films and television series, with a particular focus on anime and animated productions.

In the anime industry, Kuhne is recognized for voicing mother figures and older female characters. She voiced the role of the Mother in the 2016 series Cutie Honey -Tears- and provided the German voice for Ayami Cherryblossom in the 2015 series Heavy Object.
