Haven Paschall is an American voice actress and stage actress known for her work in the English dub of the Pokémon anime series. Born Haven Bethany Burton on February 22, 1980, in Los Angeles, California, she began her on-screen career with a role in the 1998 film Frankenstein Reborn. She is also known professionally as Haven Burton.

Paschall is most recognized for voicing the character Serena in the English adaptation of the Pokémon anime. She provided the voice for Serena in the Pokémon the Series: XY anime series as well as in several Pokémon films, including Pokémon the Movie: Diancie and the Cocoon of Destruction, Pokémon the Movie: Hoopa and the Clash of Ages, and Pokémon the Movie: Volcanion and the Mechanical Marvel. Her association with the franchise extends to other characters and productions; she voiced the character Risa in Pokémon the Movie: The Power of Us and provided the voice for Jessie's Gourgeist, a Pokémon character, in the series. Beyond these prominent roles, she has also lent her voice to other characters within the Pokémon universe, such as Concordia. In addition to her voice work, Paschall has sung several songs for the anime. In more recent Pokémon series, such as Pokémon Horizons: The Series, she has been credited under her birth name, Haven Burton.

Outside of the Pokémon franchise, Paschall has built a career in voice acting for other animated series. She voiced the character Bloom in the DuArt Film and Video English dub of the Italian series Winx Club for its seventh season and reprised the role in its spin-off, World of Winx. She also provided voices for the series Regal Academy.

Concurrent with her voice acting career, Haven Paschall is an accomplished stage actress with significant credits in theater. She made her Broadway debut in the musical Rent, playing the role of Maureen, and later starred as Elle Woods in Legally Blonde. Her other Broadway credits include roles in Shrek the Musical, where she played Gingy and the Sugar Plum Fairy, and she also took over the role of Princess Fiona during the show's tour. In 2015, she appeared in the Broadway production of Kinky Boots.
