Isacha Mengíbar is a Spanish dubbing actress with an extensive career voicing characters in animation and live-action series. She was born on June 16, 1973, in Spain. Her birth name is María Isabel Mengíbar Martínez de Goñi, and she is widely recognized for being one of the most prolific voice actresses in Spanish dubbing.

Within the realm of anime, Mengíbar is known for her long-standing involvement with the Pokémon franchise. She provided the Spanish voice for the character Serena in several Pokémon films, including Pokémon the Movie: Diancie and the Cocoon of Destruction, Pokémon the Movie: Hoopa and the Clash of Ages, and Pokémon the Movie: Volcanion and the Mechanical Marvel.
