Claudine Chatel, born Claudine Cabay on October 3, 1951, in Verviers, Belgium, is a Canadian actress and voice artist from Quebec who has worked extensively in television and dubbing. She moved to Quebec with her family in 1953 and began her career in performance at a young age, appearing on radio dramas and later on television.

Her career in voice acting began in 1987, after which she eventually devoted herself almost exclusively to dubbing following the death of her father in 1990. In addition to her voice work, she has taught dubbing at the Montreal Conservatory of Dramatic Art since 1995.

Within the realm of animation dubbing, Chatel is known for providing voices for several notable projects. In the Transformers live-action film series, she provided the Canadian French voice for Judy Witwicky, the mother of protagonist Sam Witwicky, across three films: Transformers, Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen, and Transformers: Dark of the Moon. She also voiced the character Fracture in the 2018 film Bumblebee, a spin-off within the Transformers franchise.

Her other dubbing credits in animation include the role of Skyress in the anime series Bakugan Battle Brawlers, as well as voices in films such as Wreck-It Ralph, where she voiced Sergeant Calhoun, The Incredibles 2, Ralph Breaks the Internet, Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse, and Enchanted. Chatel is also recognized as the regular Canadian French voice for several prominent Hollywood actresses, including Susan Sarandon, Kathy Bates, Helen Mirren, and Angela Bassett, consistently providing their voices for numerous films in the Quebec market.
