Ayame Gōriki was born on August 27, 1992, in Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan. She is a Japanese actress, model, and singer who has also taken on select voice acting roles throughout her career. Her career in entertainment began at a young age; in 2002, she participated in the 8th Japan National Bishojo Contest, which led to her being scouted by her talent agency. She gained prominence as a fashion model, becoming an exclusive model for the magazine Seventeen in 2008.

While Gōriki is primarily known for her work in live-action television dramas and films, she has contributed her voice to several anime projects and film dubs. Her voice acting roles include the part of Jun Takase in the animated film Gekijō-ban Kaidan Restaurant. In the live-action film adaptation of Black Butler, she played the dual role of Kiyoharu Genpō and Shiori, which involved voicing the character for the film. She also provided her voice for the character Jun Ōtsuki in the live-action film adaptation of the classic anime series Gatchaman.

One of her significant voice roles came in the spring of 2014 when she starred in Eiga Precure All Stars New Stage 3: Eien no Tomodachi, the final film in the New Stage trilogy of the popular Precure franchise, where she voiced the character Nami. Her involvement in this project was announced when she appeared as a special judge at the finals of the First All-Japan Pretty Voice Actress Contest, which was sponsored by her talent agency and the voice acting agency Aoni Production. At the time of her casting, Gōriki stated that she did not have much experience in voice acting but was committed to doing her best.

Beyond these anime film roles, Gōriki has also worked on voice dubbing for international films. She voiced the character of Mystique in the Japanese dub of the 2014 film X-Men: Days of Future Past. Additionally, she took on a voice role in the Japanese release of the Hong Kong animated film McDull: The Pork of Music, voicing a calf character. She also voiced the heroine Maria in the Nintendo 3DS game Rizumu Kaitō R Kōtei Napoleon no Isan.
