Caitlyn Muncy is an American voice actress and scriptwriter based in California. Born Caitlyn Elizabeth Muncy on June 6, 1990, she works professionally both as Caitlyn Muncy and Caitlyn Elizabeth. She has contributed to numerous English dub productions for anime and video games.

In anime, Muncy is known for her role as Croix Meridies in the series Little Witch Academia. She also appears as Kintaro Toyama in multiple entries of The Prince of Tennis II franchise, including The Prince of Tennis II and The Prince of Tennis II: U-17 World Cup. Her other notable anime roles include Kate Byrne in AMAIM Warrior at the Borderline, Kimiko Narata in Kageki Shoujo!!, Minami Oi in Tribe Nine, and China Yoneyama and Rikako Mizusawa in PuraOre! Pride of Orange. She has also provided voices for Heavenly Delusion as Takeuchi and Mako, and for LBX Girls as Takamura. Beyond anime series, she voiced Cronola in the film Hells, Kate in Mobile Suit Gundam Thunderbolt: Bandit Flower, and Gin Todo in A Place Further Than The Universe. In live-action dubbing, she played Lust and a local woman in the 2017 Fullmetal Alchemist film.

Muncy has an extensive career in video game voice work as well. Her roles include Donna, Gotelinde, and Alfry in Genshin Impact, multiple characters in the Fire Emblem series including Bias in Fire Emblem Warriors: Three Hopes, Calney in Fire Emblem Engage, and Eitr and Brigid in Fire Emblem Heroes. She also voices Mala Sauce Cookie in CookieRun: Kingdom, Prince Florian in Super Mario Bros. Wonder, and additional voices in Marvels Midnight Suns.

Beyond voice acting, Muncy works as an ADR scriptwriter and adapter for English anime dubs. Her scriptwriting credits include My Happy Marriage, The Prince of Tennis II, Tribe Nine (also serving as ADR Script Supervisor), and the film maboroshi. She has also worked as a production assistant on Kageki Shoujo!!. This combination of on-microphone talent and behind-the-scenes script work establishes her as a multifaceted contributor to the anime localization industry.
