Mark Fickert is an English voice actor known for his work on numerous anime series and films. Active in the theatre community in the Dallas and Fort Worth, Texas area, he has built a career lending his voice to a wide range of characters across both animation and gaming.

Fickert is best recognized for his extensive work on the long-running series One Piece. Within this franchise, he has voiced several characters, most notably Blueno, a member of the Cipher Pol No. 9 and later Cipher Pol No. 0 who ate the Door-Door Fruit. He has voiced Blueno in both the main One Piece television series as well as in the theatrical film One Piece Film Red. His other roles in the One Piece universe include A.O., Dick, Jean Ango, Spoil, and Wanyudo in the television series, as well as Mobston in One Piece Film Z and reprising Jean Ango in the special One Piece Episode of Sabo.

Beyond his work in the One Piece franchise, Fickert has a variety of other notable voice acting credits. He provides the voice for Dr. Li in the English dub of the series The Daily Life of the Immortal King. His other anime roles include Barrygamon in Toriko, Shagad in The Heroic Legend of Arslan, and roles in High School DxD BorN and High School DxD New.

Throughout his career, Fickert has developed recurring collaborations with several other voice actors. He has worked most frequently with Ian Sinclair, with the two voice actors having appeared together in a dozen different titles.
