Motoharu Ono is a Japanese voice actor from Hokkaido. Born on July 16, his agency affiliation is with Aoni Production. His professional qualifications include holding a Level 3 certification as an Intellectual Property Management Skills specialist.

Ono's voice acting career includes a range of supporting roles in anime series. He is recognized for providing the voice of Cless, the hero of the human world and younger brother of the titular character, in the fantasy adventure series Helck. His other notable television anime appearances include roles in long-running series such as Detective Conan, where he has voiced characters including a police detective and a tourist. He has also had multiple roles in Digimon Ghost Game, portraying characters such as a boarding student, a driver, a boy, an office worker, and a policeman. Further credits include roles in Kakegurui Twin, where he provided narration, as well as appearances in Battle Game in 5 Seconds, Days With My Stepsister, The Shiunji Family Children, and the film Kitarō Tanjō: Gegege no Nazo.
