Philippe Siboulet is a French actor primarily known for his work in dubbing, particularly for anime series and animated films. His career in voice acting is most notably defined by a long-standing association with the Bleach franchise.

Siboulet is best recognized as the French voice of Uryu Ishida, a central character in the Bleach series. He first took on this role in the original Bleach anime, which aired from 2004 to 2013. He has consistently reprised this character across multiple films in the franchise, including Bleach: Memories of Nobody, Bleach: The Diamond Dust Rebellion, Bleach: Fade to Black, and Bleach: Hell Verse. This long-term commitment to the role continued with the revival of the series, as he returned to voice Uryu Ishida in Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War, which began airing in 2022. His performance of this single character spans nearly two decades of anime production.
