Andrea Soto is a Mexican voice actress known for her work in the Latin American Spanish dubbing industry. Her career encompasses a wide range of roles in anime, animated series, and films, with a notable concentration of credits in anime productions released from the late 2010s onward.

One of her prominent anime roles is Ryo in the comedy series The Great Jahy Will Not Be Defeated! She also voices Nadia in the third season of The Rising of the Shield Hero, a character who appears in the episode titled after her name, and continues this role as Sadeena and Nadia in the fourth season of the same series. In the long-running Yu-Gi-Oh! franchise, Soto provides the voice for Yoko Sakaki, the mother of the protagonist Yuya Sakaki, in Yu-Gi-Oh! Arc-V.
