Min Seung-woo, also known as Min Seung-woo, is a South Korean voice actor born on November 3, 1986. He is a graduate of Han Yang University and began his voice acting career in 2014 when he joined the 6th Voice Actor Theater Association of Daekyo Broadcasting, the company where he remains affiliated. After working as an in-house talent, he transitioned to a freelance career starting in 2016. He is known for having a soft yet sharp and weighty vocal tone, which allows him to portray a wide range of characters, from cool and composed young men to more slender and gentle figures.

His performance as the protagonist Sung Jinwoo in the anime adaptation of Solo Leveling is one of his most recognized roles. He is also well-known for providing the Korean voice for the character Genos in One Punch Man. His other significant anime roles include Schneider in The Penguin's Problem, Normal Cells and Cancer Cells in Cells at Work, and Riku in Yashahime: Princess Half-Demon. In the world of video games, he is the voice of Lee Sang and the President of Bosal Chicken in Limbus Company, Lumen in Arknights, and the Wanderer (formerly Scaramouche) in Genshin Impact. Additional game credits include roles in Cookie Run: Kingdom as Purple Yam Cookie, as well as characters in Lost Ark, Wuthering Waves, and Final Fantasy XIV.

Beyond his recording work, Min Seung-woo has gained a reputation for his skills as an event host, earning him the nickname Min MC. He has been the main host for several voice actor events and stage performances, including Voicebook's Bloom project Day&Night.
