Elsa Bougerie is a French voice actress known for her work in dubbing for animation and live-action series. She was born into a family of musicians and began her performing career as a singer before studying performing arts and training at the Cours Florent drama school in Paris. In addition to voice work, she has performed in theatre and appeared in French television series such as Eden and Mixte.

Within the anime voice acting field, Bougerie is recognized for providing the French voice for several characters. She plays Ginger in the series Urusei Yatsura. She also voices Clarisse Fia Atlee in the series Trapped in a Dating Sim: The World of Otome Games is Tough for Mobs.
