Erin Kelly Noble is an American actress who works in the English-language dub industry for anime productions. Her professional training includes a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Acting from the SUNY Purchase Conservatory of Theatre Arts, which she completed in 2020. She subsequently pursued specialized voice-over education, studying at The Actor Factory under Jamie Marchi in 2021 and training with Chris Rager for voice acting in anime and video games in 2022.

Noble has voiced a variety of supporting and secondary roles across numerous anime series. In the fantasy series Utawarerumono: Mask of Truth, she provided the voice for the character Torikori. She voiced Eline in the isekai series Saving 80,000 Gold in Another World for My Retirement, a production where the English dub was directed by Jeremy Inman. Within the Psycho-Pass franchise, she plays Frederica Hanashiro, a role she has performed in both the film Psycho-Pass Providence and the film series Psycho-Pass: Sinners of the System. The character Frederica Hanashiro is an assistant officer in the Suppressing Action Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

In the fantasy action series Let This Grieving Soul Retire!, which received an English dub that premiered in late 2025, Noble voices the character Kaina. She also voices Aiko in the series Tune In to the Midnight Heart, Helen Shard in The Beginning After The End, and Lihanna Owenzaus in the fantasy anime Wistoria: Wand and Sword. The character Lihanna Owenzaus is a student at the Ligarden Magic Academy described as having a cold and stoic demeanor. Her work demonstrates a consistent presence in English dubs produced for the North American market, frequently for series licensed by distributors such as Crunchyroll.
