Kenji Fukuda is a Japanese voice actor born on March 2, 1980, in Shiga Prefecture, Japan. His career in the entertainment industry began in April 2000 when he joined the theater company Seinenza, which marked the start of his work in stage productions, television dramas, and voice acting. He transitioned into voice acting for anime and video games in the early 2010s.

Fukuda has built a diverse portfolio of voice roles in anime television series. He is known for voicing Hayato Yamagata in the Haikyuu!! series, Tetsuo Fujita in Welcome to the Ballroom, and David in The Ancient Magus' Bride. In the 2019 anime adaptation of Blade of the Immortal, he provided the voice for the character Baro Sukezane, a samurai and member of the Itto-ryu. His other notable anime roles include C in Naruto Shippuden, Crow Mask in Berserk (2016), Alesta in Drifters, and Takayuki Nekoyashiki in Wonderful Precure!. His work also extends to video games, such as voicing Diego Galet Azelstan in Tactics Ogre: Reborn and Cee in the Naruto: Ultimate Ninja Storm series.

In addition to original animation, Fukuda is active in the field of dubbing foreign films and television series into Japanese. He has become the regular Japanese dubbing voice for actors such as Eddie Redmayne, Tom Burke, and Matthew Goode. His dubbing credits include films like The Theory of Everything and The Danish Girl, as well as series like Strike and Westworld. Beyond on-screen work, he has also lent his voice to narration for educational programs and has experience as a radio personality. In 2023, he transferred his agency affiliation from Seinenza to Osawa Office.
