Naoki Irie is a Japanese voice actor from Hyogo Prefecture, born on September 8. He is affiliated with the talent agency Remax. Irie stands 173cm tall and has blood type A. He is a graduate of Osaka University of Arts and his special skill is speaking the Kobe dialect. His hobbies include reading, taking walks, listening to the radio, and playing card games.

Irie has built a career primarily through supporting and background roles in a wide range of anime series. One of his most notable and recent roles is Rai, also known as Kim Lurker, in the second season of the television anime Tower of God: Return of the Prince. Prior to this, he was credited in the first season of Tower of God for the same character.

His other voice acting credits include a variety of minor character parts. He has played roles such as a cheering squad member in 2.43: Seiin High School Boys Volleyball Team, a man in Arifureta - From Commonplace to World's Strongest, a passerby in Higurashi: When They Cry – GOU, and a villager in its sequel series Higurashi: When They Cry – SOTSU. He also voiced a male character in The IDOLM@STER Shiny Colors, an audience member and a man in Iwa-Kakeru! -Sport Climbing Girls-, a man in Kiyo in Kyoto: From the Maiko House, a servant in The Saint's Magic Power is Omnipotent, and a variant in Somali and the Forest Spirit. In the series Girly Air Force, he played a U.S. Soldier.

Beyond his work as a voice actor, Naoki Irie has also worked in production roles on anime series. He served as a production advancement staff member on episodes of Shadowverse and Scarlet Nexus before moving into his acting career.
