Colin Shevloff is a voice actor and scriptwriter known for his work on English dubs of anime and Japanese television series produced in Hong Kong, primarily for Omni Productions. One of his notable writing credits includes scripting the English dub of the series Kamen Rider Kuuga. In that same production, he also performed as a voice actor, providing the English voice for the protagonist Yusuke Godai, who transforms into the titular hero Kamen Rider Kuuga. He also voiced the character Takeshi Manganji in the series Gekito! Crush Gear Turbo.

His voice acting portfolio includes the role of the villainous Dr. Go in the English dub of the anime series Cyborg Kuro-chan.
