Evie Hsu is a voice actress known for her work in English-language dubs of animated films and series, as well as other voice-over projects. Early in her career, she performed in musical theater and as a child actor in short films. She studied voice under Barbara Martin starting at the age of seven and won gold medals at National Association of Teachers of Singing competitions in 2021 and 2022. One of her early stage credits was the role of Chip in the Chicago Shakespeare Theater's production of Beauty and the Beast in 2023.

Hsu has voiced characters in several notable animated productions. She is the English dub voice of the character Karin in the 2024 anime film Ghost Cat Anzu. In the film, Karin is an eleven-year-old girl who is sent to live with her grandfather in the Japanese countryside, where she is looked after by the titular ghost cat. She also provided the voice for the young version of the character Mary Arkham in the 2025 Netflix anime series Devil May Cry, which is based on the video game franchise of the same name.

Beyond anime, her voice acting credits include animated series for streaming platforms. She voiced the character Lucy in the Apple TV+ series Eva the Owlet, which premiered in 2023. She was also cast as the voice of Mei Lin Lion in the series Team Mekbots Animal Rescue for Peacock.
