Silvano Piccardi is an Italian voice actor primarily known for his work in dubbing anime and video games into Italian. He was born in Ponte San Pietro, in the Lombardy region of Italy, in 1946.

Piccardi's career in anime voice acting includes a variety of roles. He is credited as the voice of Mr. Lawrence in the 1981 anime series Wakakusa Monogatari Yori Wakakusa no Yon Shimai, known in Italian as Piccole donne. In the Super Dimensional Fortress Macross II: The Movie, an OVA from the early 1990s, he provided the Italian voice for the antagonist, Imperatore Ingues. Other notable anime roles include Jim Hakermon in the series Soccer Fever and Hajima in Fire Force. His filmography also features roles in Mighty Space Miners, Overlord III, Overlord IV, Rilakkuma and Kaoru, and Ultra Maniac.

Beyond animation, Piccardi has been active in dubbing for video games, lending his Italian voice to characters in several major titles. These include the character of Aku Aku in Crash Bash and various portrayals of Dr. Neo Cortex in the Crash Bandicoot series, such as in Crash Twinsanity and Crash Tag Team Racing. He also voiced Krunk in Crash Nitro Kart and Tiny Tiger in Crash of the Titans. His other video game credits include providing Italian voices for Imperium Galactica II: Alliances, Vampire: The Masquerade - Redemption, and Syberia II, among others.

In addition to his on-screen roles, Piccardi has also contributed to the industry as a dubbing director, notably for the Italian version of the anime film Final Yamato.
