Walter Rivetti is an Italian voice actor, dialogist, and vocal coach, born in Susa on July 23, 1977. His path to a career in voice acting began in an unconventional manner, rooted in his time as a university biology student and a volunteer at a local radio station during high school. This early radio experience sparked an interest in voice and performance, leading him to study theater under the guidance of maestro Santo Versace and later pursue courses in artistic vocology at the Conservatory of Turin. He is a member of the O.D.S. (Operatori Doppiaggio e Spettacolo) cooperative in Turin.

Rivetti's voice can be heard across a wide spectrum of Italian-language media, including animation, films, television series, and video games. In animation, he has voiced several prominent characters. He is well-known for his work as the voice of Butters Stotch, as well as other characters like Herbert Garrison and Officer Barbrady, in the Italian dubbing of South Park from seasons 1 through 23. He also provided the voice for the character Ghihan in the series Legends of the Dark King: A Fist of the North Star Story. In the world of anime, he is the voice of Kurama, the Nine-Tailed Fox, in the Italian versions of Naruto and Naruto Shippuden. His film work includes voicing both Mametayoutchi and Ringotchi in the Italian dub of the 2007 film Tamagotchi the Movie.

Beyond animation, Rivetti's career is marked by extensive work in dubbing for live-action productions and video games. He has frequently dubbed actor Luke Perry in several films and is the regular Italian voice for South Korean actor Ma Dong-seok, known for his roles in films like Train to Busan. In the video game realm, he is recognized for his roles as Rico Rodriguez in Just Cause and Just Cause 2, and as Jefferson Davis in the Marvel's Spider-Man video game series.

A versatile professional, Rivetti's work extends to adapting dialogues for dubbing, a skill for which he received the Premio Adattamento Dialoghi (Dialogue Adaptation Award) at the Voci nell'Ombra dubbing festival in Savona in 2014.
