Leo Matthews is a non-binary voice actor who uses they/them pronouns and is based in California. Known for a versatile, multi-octave vocal range, Matthews has worked extensively in the English dub of anime series.

Matthews is the English voice of Yifa in the anime series The Reincarnation of the Strongest Exorcist In Another World. The character is a maid who befriends the protagonist Seika and has the ability to control magical spirits called Elementals. The English dub of the series premiered on Crunchyroll in January 2023.

In the series Even Given the Worthless Appraiser Class, I'm Actually the Strongest, Matthews voices the character Pina, a spirit of the World Tree. Matthews also performs the role of Belle in the anime I Shall Survive Using Potions! Another credited role is Melissa in the series Adventurers Who Don't Believe in Humanity Will Save the World.
