Natsuki Kato is a Japanese actress, model, talent, and voice actress born on July 26, 1985, in Yurihonjo, Akita Prefecture, Japan. She is affiliated with the agency Dimension Blue. Kato began her entertainment career after being scouted and made her debut in 1999. Her early work included a role in the 2002 film Tokyo 10+01 and an appearance in Battle Royale II: Requiem in 2003.

In the world of voice acting, Kato is known for several anime roles. She voiced Tsujiwaki Miki in the soccer series Hungry Heart: Wild Striker. She played the character Kuppii in both Slayers Revolution and its sequel, Slayers Evolution-R. Kato also provided voices for the series Jigoku Shoujo Mitsuganae, where she played both Misono Sumika and Misono Yuika. In the tokusatsu genre, which is a major part of her career, she portrayed Miho Kirishima, also known as Kamen Rider Femme, in the film Kamen Rider Ryuki: Episode Final, making her the first official female Kamen Rider in the franchise's history.
