Kelly Green is an American voice actor known for work in English-language dubs of anime series, primarily for FUNimation Entertainment. She is also credited professionally under the name Kate Oxley.

Kelly Green has a substantial career encompassing a wide range of supporting and leading roles across numerous anime titles. Her most prominent role is Akane Tsunemori, the lead character in the acclaimed psychological thriller series Psycho-Pass and its sequel, Psycho-Pass 2. She reprised this role for Psycho-Pass: The Movie.

In addition to her work on Psycho-Pass, Green has voiced several other significant characters.
