Takao Ōyama is a Japanese voice actor born on February 22 in Hokkaido, Japan. He is also credited under the alternative name spellings Takao Ohyama and Takao Ooyama.

Ōyama has an extensive career spanning several decades, with notable voice roles in anime and animated films from the 1980s through the late 1990s and early 2000s. In the 1983 science fiction mecha series The Super Dimension Century Orguss, he provided the voice for the character Leeg. That same year, he voiced a police officer in the anime film The Green Cat.

His work in the 1980s also included the role of Arno in the 1984 series Katri: Girl of the Meadows, which ran for 49 episodes. In the early 1990s, Ōyama voiced the characters of Professor Reagar in The Legacy of Al Caral, a 1993 film, and the British Prime Minister in the 1993 film Desert Rose.

Ōyama is known for the role of Torakichi Ueda in the 1997 historical anime film Bakumatsu no Spasibo. One of his later credited performances is as Nobukatsu Tomonari in Detective Conan: Captured in Her Eyes, a feature film released in the year 2000.
