Yosuke Naka was a Japanese voice actor and actor from Chiba Prefecture. He was born on March 30, 1930, and was affiliated with the agency Mausu Promotion at the time of his passing on October 20, 2023. His real name was Kazuo Nakajima, and he was also known by the former stage name Yosuke Nakayo. Before focusing on voice work, he dedicated more than twenty years to stage acting with various theater companies. In addition to his anime roles, he often appeared in live-action television dramas, particularly in tokusatsu series where he was frequently cast as villainous characters, including the role of Demon God Admiral in Kamen Rider.

Naka is best known for his long-running portrayal of Nobisuke Nobi, the father of the protagonist Nobita, in the anime series Doraemon. He took over the role in October 1992 following the illness of his predecessor, Masayuki Kato, and voiced the character for nearly thirteen years until a complete cast renewal in March 2005. His other notable anime roles include Yagyu Sando in Shinshu Sudama-hen, the Yanagisawa Director in Yawara!, and the recurring role of Nijūemon Tsuzureya in the Nijūichiemon series. He also appeared in Lupin III: Strange Psycho-Kinetic Strategy as Assassin Dokasen, in Bakumatsu no Spasibo as Kakichi Oaki, in David no Hoshi as Genpei Ōtaguro, and in Kentoshi as Eddie Williams. His film work within the Doraemon franchise included voicing the King of Anoku in Doraemon: Nobita and the Platinum Kingdom, a general in Doraemon: Nobita and the Dream Three Musketeers, the Mayor of Gun Smoke City in Doraemon: Nobita and the Galaxy Super-express, a dignitary in Doraemon: Nobita's Sun King Legend, and the Time Patrol captain in Doraemon: Nobita and the Wind Wizard.

Throughout a career that spanned decades from the 1970s until his death, Yosuke Naka left a legacy of iconic character voices. He passed away at the age of 93 in 2023.
