Ryōkichi Takahashi is a Japanese voice actor born on March 16 in Fukushima Prefecture. He began his voice acting career in 1999, with early roles in the television anime KAIKAN Phrase and Kyukyu Sentai GoGoFive. Throughout the 2000s, he established himself as a prolific supporting performer, appearing in a wide range of notable series such as Gravitation, Fullmetal Alchemist, and the various installments of the Pokémon anime. Takahashi was originally affiliated with the agency 81 Produce, leaving in January 2009 to work as a freelancer.

Takahashi has built a career defined by his versatility, frequently bringing to life a variety of supporting characters, townspeople, and antagonists across many beloved franchises. His major roles include Daikoku in the supernatural comedy-drama The Eccentric Family, a part he reprised in the second season. In the long-running racing anime Initial D, he voiced Mechanic Miyaguchi in both Fourth Stage and Fifth Stage. He also appeared as Bōzu in the action-comedy series Ben-To.
