Enrique Horiuchi is a Mexican voice actor born on March 26, 1964, known for his extensive work in dubbing animated series, anime, and live-action productions into Latin American Spanish. His career includes voice direction and voice-over work for numerous studios, such as Candiani Dubbing Studios and SDI Media de México.

One of his notable anime roles is Kazuya Ichinose in the Inazuma Eleven franchise, including the series Inazuma Eleven and Inazuma Eleven: Saikyō Gundan Ogre Shūrai. His other significant anime voice credits include Astro Phoenix in Yu-Gi-Oh! GX, Hendrickson in The Seven Deadly Sins, the Aquos Bakugan Krakenoid in Bakugan, and additional voices in the tenth season of Pokémon. He has also contributed to series such as Hungry Heart, Megalo Box, and the Mexican re-dub of the anime feature The Boy and the Beast.

Beyond anime, Horiuchi is recognized for voicing Rafael in the animated series Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Fast Forward and Back to the Sewer, as well as Jon Arbuckle in The Garfield Show. He has an extensive list of live-action dubbing roles, most notably as Barney Stinson from the fourth to ninth seasons of How I Met Your Mother and as the Red Wind Ranger in Power Rangers Ninja Storm. In animated comedies, he voiced numerous characters across all seven seasons of El Chavo Animado, a role that saw him perform approximately 48 distinct characters for the series. Other voice work includes roles in Family Guy, Ben 10: Alien Force, Star Wars: The Clone Wars, and the Latin Spanish dub for the film Frankenweenie.
