Rosa Katō is a Japanese actress and model who was born on June 22, 1985, in Kagoshima, Japan. She has been active in the entertainment industry since 2001. While her career primarily spans live-action film and television dramas, she is also known for providing voice performances in notable anime productions.

Katō's father is Italian and her mother is Japanese. She began her career as a commercial model, rising to prominence through an advertisement for the Zexy bridal magazine in 2004. Her early work in television included a regular role on the NHK program Italian Conversation from April 2004 to March 2005.

In the field of anime voice acting, Katō is recognized for two significant roles. She provided the voice for the character Yuri Aikawa in the 2008 animated film Detroit Metal City. Prior to that, in 2007, she voiced the character Alice in the widely released Pokémon feature film Pokémon: The Rise of Darkrai.
