Eiji Takeuchi is a Japanese voice actor born on April 17, 1986, in Inazawa, Aichi Prefecture, Japan. He is affiliated with the talent agency Arts Vision. Before entering the voice acting industry, he studied law at Aichi Gakuin University and later trained at the Japan Narration Acting Institute.

Takeuchi began his professional career in the early 2010s, with some of his earliest anime roles in 2012 appearing in series such as Kokoro Connect, JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, and The Pet Girl of Sakurasou. In the years following his debut, he built a prolific career by voicing a wide range of characters, from leading roles to supporting parts, in anime, video games, and dubbed versions of foreign films.

He is known to audiences for several specific and prominent roles. In the science fiction series Deca-Dence, he voiced the character Fennel. He plays Ken Sudō, a student in the prestigious yet cutthroat school, in the popular franchise Classroom of the Elite, including its second season, Classroom of the Elite II. His role in the time-traveling delinquent drama Tokyo Revengers is that of Nobutaka Osanai. In the magical girl genre, specifically Healin' Good Precure, he provided the voice for the character Nebsock. He is also the voice of King Gagarajo in the special 6HP - Six Hearts Princess.

A significant and recurring role in his career is Hitoya Amaguni, a character in the large-scale multimedia franchise Hypnosis Mic -Division Rap Battle-. He has voiced this character in both the main anime series and its sequel, Hypnosis Mic -Division Rap Battle- Rhyme Anima+. His involvement with this franchise also extends to performing insert songs and theme songs as part of the character group Bad Ass Temple.

Beyond these roles, Takeuchi's voice is widely recognized in the video game industry. A notable example is providing the Japanese voice for Steve Rogers / Captain America in the game Marvel's Avengers.
